Pop singer Kesha will be performing at the Billboard Music Awards on May 22, after record company Kemosabe withdrew complaints against her performing. Kesha’s performance was axed earlier this week, after rumours she would be using her appearance at the awards to discuss her ongoing litigation battle with label’s producer, Dr Luke, publicly. The 29-year-old is signed to the label, and sued Dr Luke in 2014. The courts ruled in Dr Luke’s favour.
