Mexico's Fátima Bosch has been crowned Miss Universe 2025 at the pageant's 74th edition in Thailand on Friday, with the host country's Praveenar Singh earning the first runner-up spot, followed by Miss Venezuela Stephany Abasali.
Bosch's win follows her recent incident with Thai pageant director Nawat Itsaragrisil during a live-streamed meeting that led to a walk out by the pageant's contestants.
The 25-year-old humanitarian defeated over 120 contestants, receiving the crown from last year’s winner, Denmark's Victoria Kjær Theilvig during the ceremony.
Miss Universe 2026 is set to celebrate the pageant’s 75th Diamond Anniversary in Puerto Rico at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum.
