Opera star Andrea Bocelli gave a solo performance from the empty Duomo cathedral in Milan, in a move to unite people during the coronavirus lockdown.
The "Music for Hope" performance was livestreamed on YouTube for millions around the world to witness as they observed Easter Sunday.
Bocelli was joined by cathedral organist Emanuele Vianelli as he sang Ave Maria, Amazing Grace and Sancta Maria.
