Tom Brady said some of the jokes made during his Netflix special affected his children and added that he would not sign up to do it again.

The NFL icon said that some of the gags aimed at him during his comedy roast have had a negative impact on his children and as a result he wouldn't put himself in that postition for a second time.

Speaking on 'The Pivot Podcast' Brady said, "I liked when the jokes were about me. I thought they were so fun. I didn't like the way they affected my kids.

"The bittersweet aspect of when you do something that you think is one way and then all of a sudden you realise I wouldn't do that again because of the way that it affected the people that I care about the most in the world."

Brady added that while he didn't mind the jokes poking fun at him he admitted as a father it was, "a good lesson" and said he's, "going to be a better parent as I go forward because of it."
