A helicopter crash-landed on the roof of a building in New York City on Monday afternoon, killing the pilot.
The staff in the 54-storey skyscraper were moved to safety, after the incident sparked a rooftop fire.
Officials identified the pilot as Tim McCormack, and confirmed he was the only person aboard the twin-engine Agusta A109E helicopter.
The exact cause of the accident is not yet known but New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said it "could have been a much worse incident".
