Five cities are bidding to host the 2024 summer Olympics Games. Los Angeles, Hamburg, Rome, Budapest and Paris are all competing against each other, but there's no place for Toronto after Mayor, John Tory, announced the city had decided not to run. The International Olympic Committee have changed the rules to ensure every city bidding for the 2024 Games progresses to the final vote, which will take place in Lima, Peru, in September 2017. The next Olympic Games will be held in Rio in the summer of 2016.
