World No.1 seed Iga Swiatek booked her spot at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships finals by crushing No.5 seed Coco Gauff 6-4, 6-2 on Friday evening.
The 21-year-old, who 1 hour and 28 minutes to cruise past Gauff, is hoping to retain her winning streak following her Qatar Open win.
"Coco is a great player. I knew it was going to be tough," Swiatek said. "Especially after last year; we played five times, so it is always tough because you never know if you're going to see something new or not. I just wanted to focus on myself and keep going."
The Pole, who improves her undefeated record in WTA 1000 semifinals to 6-0, will face either Jessica Pegula or Barbora Krejcikova in the final.
