987 new COVID-19 cases in UAE

The UAE confirmed 987 new cases of COVID-19 from 348,771 tests on Sunday.

Another 1,554 people have been given the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 702,102.

Two patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 2,038.

A total of 716,381 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 12,241 are currently active.

The Ministry of Health conducts 348,771 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 987 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 1,554 recoveries and 2 death cases due to complications. #TogetherWeRecover pic.twitter.com/DhgDasu33Y
