H.H. Sheikh Hamdan inaugurates eighth Cybertech Global in Dubai

The Crown Prince of Dubai has inaugurated the eighth edition of Cybertech Global in Dubai.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is also the Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, said Dubai and the UAE have achieved top global rankings in cyber security.

“At a time when the global community is facing growing cybersecurity threats, this industry event in Dubai provides an ideal platform to share knowledge and expertise on safeguarding the world’s digital assets. Increased collaboration between major industry players is critical to develop practical solutions to counter cyber challenges and threats,” His Highness added.

The leading international exhibition and conference for the cyber industry is being held for the first time in the emirate by the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) from April 5 to 7.
