His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has launched a national policy on digital wellbeing.
It aims to create a safe digital society in the UAE and promote a positive national identity with meaningful digital interaction.
Sheikh Mohammed said the goal of the policy is to ensure a healthy and positive environment for all generations, who now spend more time in the virtual world than ever.
He added that the key aim is to make their digital environment positive, productive and safe.
