More world leaders reach out to Sharjah's Ruler

More world leaders have conveyed their condolences to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, on the death of his son.

Sheikh Khalid bin Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, who died in the UK earlier this week, was laid to rest on Wednesday morning at Al Jubail cemetery.

On Friday the leaders of Eritrea and Tunisia reached out to the Ruler.

Former Pakistan president Pervez Musharraf also expressed his sympathies to Sharjah's Ruler. 

Meanwhile numerous local rulers and government officials have also expressed their sympathy to His Highness Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces received a telephone call from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia offering his condolences on the death of Sheikh Khalid.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai also offered his condolences to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, on the death of his son.
