Sharjah Airport says it’s fully prepared for the Eid Al-Fitr holiday rush, expecting over 500,000 passengers and 3,344 flights from March 27 to April 6.
The Sharjah Airport Authority confirmed that all operational and logistical preparations have been completed in coordination with key partners and authorities.
These include deploying extra staff, especially in customer service roles, to assist passengers.
In addition, special attention has been given to providing dedicated services for senior citizens, children and people of determination.
Passengers are encouraged to use smart check-in technologies for faster processing. The airport also advises travellers to arrive at least three hours before their flight to allow ample time for travel procedures.
