The UAE has airdropped an eleventh batch of humanitarian aid in northern Gaza as part of its joint operation with Egypt.
Teams from the UAE Air Force and the Egyptian Air Force carried out the operation using two aircraft loaded with about 24 tonnes of food and other relief supplies.
The two countries have now airdropped a total of 462 tonnes of supplies to Gaza since the launch of the 'Birds of Goodness' operation.
The UAE has doubled its relief efforts during the holy month of Ramadan to support the people of Gaza.
These aid items are provided through the combined efforts of the Emirates Red Crescent, the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, and other charitable institutions in the country.
