UAE President meets Dubai's Crown Prince and First Deputy Ruler

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan focused on "citizens' wellbeing" during talks with His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence.

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, was also part of the Dubai delegation.

During the meeting at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi, the UAE President discussed a range of national matters with the Dubai leaders and stressed the need to improve quality of life across the community, national news agency Wam reported.

The meeting comes days after Sheikh Mohamed joined Sheikh Hamdan during a visit to the Khalifa bin Zayed II Airborne Brigade and praised the officers for playing a crucial role in the country's defence system.
