The UAE's President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Monday welcomed British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who is on a working visit to the UAE.
During their meeting at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, the two leaders discussed ways to strengthen bilateral ties and enhance cooperation to support the development goals of both nations.
Starmer congratulated Sheikh Mohamed on the UAE's 53rd Eid Al Etihad, wishing the country continued progress and prosperity.
They also addressed a range of regional and international issues, focusing on developments in the Middle East and reaffirming their commitment to peace, security, and stability through dialogue and diplomatic efforts.
