TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Trip can be redeemed from October 2026.
2. The winner has to be a resident of the UAE with a valid 6 month residence visa from the date of departure from the United Kingdom (visa expiration date not before 30th March 2027).
3. Passport should be valid for more than 6 months from the date of departure from London as per international travel regulations.
4. Passport needs to have 2 blank pages for visa issuance purpose if required.
5. The winner must arrange their own UK visa, at their own cost if required.
6. Winner must supply passport and UAE residence visa information to ARN via email by 12:00 PM on Friday 20th February 2026 or they will forfeit their place on the trip.
7. If the winner does not meet the travel requirements specified by the United Kingdom then the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
8. Travel insurance - The winner is responsible for their own travel insurance.
9. Travel itinerary - The winner must agree to travel on the flights arranged by Virgin Atlantic.
10. Accommodation - The winner will be provided accommodation by Virgin Hotels.
11. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. If due to any reason the selected winner cannot be part of this trip the ticket will be forfeited and ARN will select another winner.
12. All winners will be required to sign an indemnity form confirming their participation and agree to the terms and conditions as specified in the indemnity form. The indemnity form will be sent by an ARN email address. Print, sign and send a photo of the signed form to the same email address.
13. ARN has the right to change the itinerary and travel date at its own discretion and notify the winner accordingly.
