1,663 new COVID-19 cases in UAE

The UAE confirmed 1,663 new cases of COVID-19 from 283,661 tests on Friday.

Another 1,638 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 614,636.

Six patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,825.

A total of 636,245 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 19,784 are currently active.
